Park Rules and RegulationsFrequently Asked QuestionsQ. How much are the annual dues and fees?
A. The dues are voted on by the elected Board each year. For 2020 the dues are $1550. Q. What is included in the dues? A. The annual dues include water, sewer, garbage disposal, use of all facilities in the park including the Clubhouse, activity building, pool, tennis court, and volleyball court. Golf is free to members and there is a $7 per diem for all guests. Q. Is the Golf Course really included in the dues? A. Yes, the golf fees for members is included. There is an annual $60 trail fee for any member wishing to use a cart on the course. Q. What is not included in the dues? A. The only extra costs that you would incur, are for the electricity and propane gas that you use, and telephones, internet, and satellite dishes - if you elect to have them installed. Q. How large of a unit can I have on my lot? A. You could put almost any size self contained recreational vehicle or motor home on your lot. Park model trailers are limited to 400 square feet. No tents, tent trailers, or converted school buses are allowed. Q. Can I put an addition on my recreational vehicle or park model trailer? A. Yes, you can put an addition on your unit. You are allowed a screen room, gazebo or Minnesota room. Gazebos may be no larger than 14 feet at it's widest point and may be attached to the main unit by basic construction practices, such as a screened, covered entry, with a total of no more than 400 square feet. Minnesota rooms may be no larger than 400 square feet. Q. Are there taxes to pay on our units? A. Yes, you must pay Personal Property Taxes to Sherburne County on the value of your unit and any additions, such as gazebo, Minnesota room, screen room, deck, shed, etc. The amount of tax will depend on the value and age of the property.
